Liquid Nitrogen Overclocking is currently seeking applicants for the position of Chief Operations Officer(COO).
There is one (1) such position available.
The COO will initially serve in the capacity of a traditional strategic Change Agent, taking direction from both Chief Executive Officer Ed Trice
and Chief Technical Officer William Harmon. In the Change Agent role, the COO will need to act as the liaison between the Marketing Director and Sales Director,
making sure that both are setting realistic, achievable goals, and that efforts are being maximized within both departments.
Our ideal COO candidate will have experience in the manufacturing sector, in particular being able to demonstrate specific examples of successfully
having achieved the following:
- Proper management of key personnel, corporate resources, and client relations
- Identification of bottlenecks in distribution queues, and formulations of cost-effective plans to alleviate them
- Establishment of excellent rapport with former CEOs where you have served
- The ability to filter the abundance of requests initially destined for the CEO without pruning away serious matters that call for his specific attention
- The ability to understand the difference between "efficiency" and "effectiveness"
- Imlementation of transitions that maintained smooth business operations throughout all phases of the process
We are a rapidly growing company, and we need a strong helmsman to guide our operations during this explosive growth.
CHIEF OF OPERATIONS: STARTING SALARY $150,000/YEAR WITH BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS
All candidates need to read the following directions very carefully. An omission of any of the following steps is considered a strong indication of an inability to adhere to procedures, and will result in an automatic disqualification of your candidacy for the available position.
- 1. Create a resume in Microsoft Word.
- 2. Name your resume in the following format: Lastname_COO
For example, if your last name is Smith, your MS Word file should be named Smith_COO (and don't worry about the extension at the end of the file name, we're all well aware of that requirement).
- 3. Create a cover letter to send in with your resume. Introduce yourself to us, using as few superlatives
as possible. We are more interested in hearing what you have done, how well you haved worked with teams
in the past, rather than reading "...I am the most qualified applicant for this job because I am the best
at what I do..."
- 4. Email your resume and cover letter to us as attachments in an email to Liquid Nitrogen
- 5. The subject line of your email should read: Chief Operations Officer
- 6. The body of your email should be no more than one paragraph. At the end of this email, please include the names, work telephone numbers,
and work email addresses of at least THREE professional contacts. Please make sure, beforehand, that YOU contact your references and let them know that
we will be calling them to perform a reference check, and emailing them at work to verify the domain name is associated with their
business. (We have had too many applicants use friends and relatives as "work associates" in the past, and we must resort to this in order
to authenticate claims made by our job seekers). Please use only references at business locations that are actually on your resume.
DO NOT, under any circumstances, provide references whose email addresses contain: yahoo.com, aol.com, gmail.com, or any other "free" email domain.
Liquid Nitrogen Overclocking is currently seeking applicants for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant(EAA).
There is one (1) such position available.
The EAA will report directly to all C-level executives (CEO, CTO, COO), assisting the Chief of Operations most of all. This job
requires a great deal of efficient organization as well as proficiency in typing emails (50 per day or more) while handling all calls initially
destined for any of the aforementioned executives.
The EAA will also schedule all travel accommodations for anyone slated to travel, including executives, systems engineers, staff that will be attending trade
shows and/or conferences, or anyone needing to fly to our other offices. On occasion, the EAA will need to assist the Office Manager with routine items such
as scheduling work for the systems engineers or re-distributing the workloads when high-volume build requests are received.
This is a challenging position that is ideal for someone who thrives on activity, so be prepared to hit the ground running on day one.

Liquid Nitrogen Overclocking is currently seeking applicants for the position of Office Manager(OM).
There are (3) such positions available.
Each OM will report to our Director of Operations, and are corporate peers with respect to one another.
The most important function the OM needs to perform is insuring that the workflow surrounding the engineers
who build our systems is uninterrupted. Tasks include: Maintaining the proper inventory, placing orders for parts, tracking
both inbound orders that we place for parts as well as outbound orders destined for our clients, and verifying all office
supplies are at the appropriate levels. This is "not as easy as it sounds" given our sales volume. If you have not functioned
in a similar capacity in the past, now might not be the best time to embark on a new career! You will be very busy, and there will
be "never a dull moment," as our existing OM staff will tell you.
A very important personality trait to have: The ability to get along well with others. We will be very honest with you; while the other
positions that are advertised here are associated with our fast growth, these three positions are available because the predecessors
were not able to work well with each other. You must have the patience of a saint, and be able to "deal with" our hard working
engineers, who may ask you to do something as simple as save them a trip to a vending machine while they occasionally work through their lunch.
Those guys are our money-makers, so we need to keep them happy. If you like working with people and derive a sense of satisfaction from
being an important cog in the wheel, then feel free to apply for this position.
